Shipping 

Glasshouse Tropicals ships overnight (when applicable) all over Canada on a weekly basis with Purolator, usually Monday/Tuesday to avoid delays. You will be provided with a tracking number. If your package is oversized you may be contacted with additional shipping fees. We do not take responsibility for carrier delays or improper handling resulting in damage to the plant. Once the plant leaves the premise of Glasshouse Tropicals, shipping is at complete risk of the customer.

Packaging

Glasshouse Tropicals takes pride in the plants you purchase. Rest assured your purchase will be in excellent condition and any existing blemishes will be documented prior to shipping, We will provide the upmost care in packaging to minimize the chances of damage during shipping using appropriate packing materials (cotton batting/insulation) and provide heat packs when necessary. Please track your shipment and do not leave it sitting outside.

If your local temp is under -10 shipping will be held off until more favourable conditions.              

Arrival

Please open your package carefully, slicing a razor blade into it may result in damage to the plant. Please let me know you have received and opened your new addition. Take photos/video just incase. Do not repot your plant right away, let it acclimate to its new environment for at least two weeks. Your plant came from a high humidity environment, providing 60-70% humidity will help it recover faster. If your plant ends up having some yellowing or broken leave don't stress, it's normal when shipping plants. When watering, you may notice some beneficial mites, don't worry they are good bugs! All my plants are treated with a variety of beneficial bugs for pest prevention.
